At Advanced Developmental Disabilities Services, we are proud to hire only the most qualified and compassionate care providers and respite specialists to ensure our clients receive the most exceptional services possible. Because our top priority is always to ensure clients’ complete safety and to provide the peace of mind our families deserve, our respite care providers are CPR and first-aid-certified. Additionally, our providers are required to maintain clean driving records at all times so they are able to provide safe, reliable transportation for our clients if needed. On top of these certifications and qualifications, we require all of our in-home care providers to pass an FBI background check and obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card to ensure that our employees are trustworthy, safe, and qualified.
